PAKOFF is a marketplace. Products are sold and invoiced by PAKOFF GLOBAL BRAND S.R.L., which acquires them from its partner houses. Each house remains responsible for the quality, conformity and traceability of the products it supplies.

The sale of alcoholic beverages is strictly reserved for persons of legal age. The recipient's age may be checked on delivery, and delivery refused in the absence of proof.

VAT

The value added tax applied to each order is the one in force in the country of delivery, for the product category concerned. The rate applied appears on your invoice, line by line.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All elements of the site and the application (texts, photographs, trademarks, logos, designs and models) are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of PAKOFF GLOBAL BRAND S.R.L. or its partners.
