The Maison Pakoff Founded in 2014 by the Italian designer Biagio Carà, the Maison Pakoff shares Italian excellence with Monaco and the rest of the world. A QUESTION THAT WOULD NOT LET GO "For many years I have been a keen lover of caviar. One question kept nagging at me: how can one shut away a product so costly, so rare and so delicate in a plain tin? To me it seemed an absurdity. That is when I decided to create a tin worthy of those prestigious eggs. The path was anything but easy. After five years of relentless effort, I managed to design a tin worthy of caviar. The technical constraints and the health standards proved colossal. But today I am proud to say that caviar has at last found its place of honour, ready to satisfy the most demanding palates in the most luxurious corners of the world." At the outset, all this was only an idea, a simple vision. Biagio Carà THE CRAFT It all began in Italy in 2014. Originally the company devoted itself to leather goods and to the design of fashion accessories. Very quickly it plunged into the world of luxury gastronomy. The driving force of the brand is creativity: since its beginnings, Pakoff has been committed to creating products both beautiful and innovative, regularly offering pieces that are pioneering on a world scale. MONACO Establishing the brand in Monaco was self-evident from the very start of the project. The Principality embodies in itself luxury and glamour, values rooted in the DNA of Pakoff. Being based there offers a unique opportunity to meet each of our clients in person and to bring our craft to light. TWO WORLD FIRST PRIZES On 6 November 2025, at the Yacht Club de Monaco, the Maison Pakoff won two first prizes at the World Caviar Awards, in the Sevruga and Sterlet categories, following a blind tasting "à la royale" before a jury chaired by the head chef of the Prince's Palace.
